My dog Taffy just celebrated her birthday on the 14th. While she lives in an environmental household, she cannot participate in the “greenness” we all share. This bed would be a perfect belated birthday gift to help her fit in with the eco-friendly ways of the family.
This would be perfect for my dog! We try to be and eco-friendly family but my dog feels a little left out with those plastic bags to pick up her poop and her cotton bed. This way she can feel part of the pack as she does her part to help maintain a healthy environment.

Our dear old Maggie is having lots of arthritis and joint pains. She’s 14 years old and not getting around so well anymore. A nice soft bed would really make her day. Since we started buying our dog and cat food at Pawtiques (natural/ organic/homeopathic pet supplies in Ballantyne!) her poops are great and so’s her bloodwork for such an old dog! But we could really use the Scooper too! Maggie might even share the bed with 17 year old cat Toto! Maybe…..!

We rescued Lump two months ago from a graveyard in Birmingham, AL. She and her brother had been abandoned there and were barely surviving in the tremendous heat. We took them home, cleaned them up, and got rid of all their parasites (no cheap or simple task!). We found a wonderful home for her brother, but she crawled her way into our hearts and there she remains.
A few weeks ago, she drove cross-country with her two mamas and two cats in a car with no air conditioning. She’s adjusting to life in an apartment and is quickly learning so many new tricks. At four months old, she’s already working on her Ph.D(og) as she goes to school most days with us!
Little Lump’s life has been mighty hard — we’d love to give her a super soft and comfy bed to sleep on!

I would give this to my dad’s dog for his Christmas gift! I have been trying to get my dad to slowly but surely make small steps to ‘green’ his life, house, pets, and more. Ahhh! An easy way to “do my part” and show my sweet, lazy hound dog how she can be green too! It is not a myth–hound dogs (ours is a coonhound) are lazy when not hunting! She sleeps about 21 hours a day; she wakes only to eat and spend some time in the yard and going on a 6 mile walk! She, and we, would LOVE this bed!
My “shelter dog” Ziggy totally deserves this bed. He has added so much to our family in so many different ways. Please help me save my sofa! I have 3 dogs, Bella, Livvie and Charlie, and regularly dog sit for my friends dogs. It is not unusual for me to have 5 dogs in my home, which has been lovingly nick-named Camp Furr by my friends (pun intended). One of my frequent guests is a 100-lb labradoodle who is always looking for a soft spot to rest his big body!. In an effort to save my sofa from becoming a big dog-bed, I would love to have this luxurious bed to offer my 4-legged friends. From the looks of it, I think the dogs might have to fight me for a place on this comfy bed!

My father in-law the primary care taker of our beautiful 11 year-old husky, Seven, whom he dutifully walks twice a day! The problem is that he uses plastic shopping bags to clean up Seven’s poop and we have been unable to convince him to use eco-friendly bags since they tend to rip so easily. The shooper sounds like it could be a major improvement!
Also, since Seven is 11-years old now, he is starting to get some arthritis and I think a new eco-friendly bed would make him a lot more comfortable in his old age.

Our adopted dog adds so much love and joy to our lives. I would love to win him a new bed. This weekend my dog and I will be at the canine games to help raise money for local rescue groups. We go to as many events as we can, this way other sweet dogs can find new homes.

Heidi would love this as she is the most green dog I know. We purchase her food in bulk and freeze it, to reduce waste. We use biodegradable bags when we take her for walks. She currently sleeps on a bed made of old t-shirts.
