Compatibility
If browser compatibility issues emerge we will have to pull your ad and request a new one with no reimbursement for missed impressions so please ensure that your ads are well designed.

Ad Design
Do Your Part’s art department can take your company logo and design/produce high quality static or rich media banner ads.

Ad Materials
Standard creative materials are due to DoYourPart.com five (5) business days prior to the start of the campaign. Rich media creative is due seven (7) business days prior to the start of the campaign. If Ad Materials are late, the Advertiser/ Agency is still responsible for the media purchased pursuant to the agreement. It is the Advertiser/Agency's responsibility to send Ad Materials in accordance with Do Your Part specifications.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty if cancellation is received in writing by Do Your Part 14 days prior to start date of the campaign. Inside of 14 days, cancellation will be effective 14 days from the date the written cancellation is received. Short rates will be implemented if a campaign is cancelled prior to its original term.

Liability Limitation
Do Your Part’s liability for errors on its part will be limited to the cost of the space occupied by the error. No allowances will be made for errors that do not affect the value of the ad. All errors are compensated as "make goods" on comparable ad space in the next available spot. Do Your Part shall not be responsible for any errors or flaws contained within an ad that has been approved by the Advertiser.

Advertising Payment Terms
The Advertiser/Agency agrees that payment for advertising is due prior to the beginning of each month through the duration of the campaign. If payment is not received prior to the start of the campaign, Do Your Part reserves the right to cancel the campaign. Do Your Part accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, Paypal and company checks. $100 return check fee.

Copy / Creative Acceptance
DoYourPart.com maintains ultimate editorial control over all content and materials which appear on its site, and reserves the right to refuse or withdraw an advertisement or campaign for any reason at any time in its sole discretion.

Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertiser shall bear full responsibility for all products or services offered, sold, or licensed through the advertisements or the Advertiser’s website. Advertiser will collect and pay all taxes related to the sale or licensing of such products or services.
